Hola!

Since the beginning of January I have been working extra hours at CF and, even though I love it, it has been a bit of a struggle, I have been pretty exhausted almost all of the time. The extra hours finished last week, I’m very happy about that and the first thing on my agenda is to rebuild my website. I took it down and closed my shops when it became glaringly obvious that there just weren’t enough hours in the day to manage it all. So I’m literally just going to publish it today warts and all and I will work on it as soon as I can. Please be kind enough to let me know if you find any dead links or errors.

Second item on my agenda is to get electricity back into my new studio so I can make beads again. I can’t believe it’s been nearly 8 months since I lit my torch, there was a time when it would have been unthinkable to go that long without making any beads. I’m starting to think I was burnt out and that was why I began to look for a job in the first place. It’s still going to be a little while before I get the studio functioning because it’s going to be bloody expensive. However, I am happy to report my fingers are itching to play with glass again and that’s a great feeling.

I have also reopened my Lampwork Jewels Shop on Etsy, it’s just jewellery for now while I think about my bead plans.
