Day 17 - Amber Rose

Oh how I love amber rose! It was one of the first odd lot colours of glass produced many years ago, and I still have a small, treasured stash. I think I really need to write a blog post about odd lot colours, what they are and why some (including me) lampworkers go nuts for them.

Anyway, back to amber rose, it’s a kind of pink toned, deep transparent peach. I don’t use it very often but when I do I still get a thrill of how beautiful it is.
